Employee Surveys

From the very beginning and throughout the duration of the Workplace Wellness initiave, WillPowerUSA provides Employee Surveys to keep employees engaged and motivated.

The first of such surveys is the "Workplace Wellness Employee Survey". The goal of this confidential survey is to determine what employees would desire in a Workplace Wellness Program. Some data gathered include:
starPersonal view of current level of wellness
starBrief and confidential medical history to determine how many employees are be treated for, or are the risk of being treated for, specific wellness issues such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, joint pain, and so on.
starWhat wellness initiates employees would like to see implemented at the workplace. These may include general weight loss programs, smoking cessations, walking programs, Lunch and Learn seminars, fitness facility discounts, etc.
starWhat incentives employees would like to receive for becoming part of, and succedding in, the Workplace Wellness Program. These include cash prizes, gift certificates, additional time off, workplace recognition, workplace celebrations, etc.
starWhat the employee would be willing to contribute to the Workplace Wellness Program (financial contribution, Workplace Wellness Leader, softball team captain, etc.)

A second survey - the Employee Participation Confirmation - is delivered prior to the overall Workplace Wellness Launch. The obvious goal of this survey is to determine the overall interest in participating in the wellness initiative.

Surveys are continually distributed to employees and employers throughout the duration of the program to determine the success of the program, encourage additional particpation and retention. They are also used as a tool to modify company-wide action plans based on evolving needs and goals.
