family's medical history, establish primary and secondary goals, discuss past exercise/nutrition habits, layout a desired timeline of specific goals, review any strengths/weaknesses that may help or hinder your success, and take initial statistics through determining your weight, body fat percentage, and by taking circumference measurements at your arm, chest, waist, hips, and thigh.

Once we understand all of the information discussed in the "Goal Assessment", the Fitness and Nutrition specialists at WillPowerUSA tailor a program to assist you in accomplishing your goals and needs. We do this by offering a broad range of fitness and recreation activities as well as creating a safe and effective nutrition program. Ourfitness and recreational activities are fun and exciting, and our nutrition programs are formed with foods you desire and enjoy.
We Deliver...
Your personalized exercise and nutrition programs are delivered through a combination of “training modes”which include face-to-face, telephone, web-based, print and consultation. During these convenient sessions, you will be instructed on safe, effective, and efficient exercisetechniques. We pride ourselves in maximizing our time in your busy schedule. Your nutrition is explained in detail along with several sample menus.
We Evaluate...
We evaluate everything that you and your wellness counselor do together. We regularly measure your weight, body fat percentage, and circumference measurements and compare them to the original statistics in the initial "Goal Assessment", in addition to evaluating your overall health improvements. Most importantly, we assess your overall satisfaction with both the exercise andnutrition programs and their relation to your goals.
We Modify...
WillPowerUSA then modifies your program through a second "Goal Assessment". During the "Goal Assessment", we establish your evolving goals and needs, and adjust your fitness, nutrition, and wellness programs accordingly.
