| We understand business leaders have hectic schedules and organizing a Health Fair may not be the best use of time. All it takes is a phone call and WillPowerUSA will organize every aspect of your Health Fair from developing alliances with Wellness Professionals such as Chripractors and Massage Therapists in specific geographical areas and organize their participation to completely setting up the venue in which the Health Fair will be held. Prior to the Health Fair, WillPowerUSA assists in:  Establishing a "Wellness Leader" within each organization Developing a 'Workplace Wellness Mission Statement" specific to each organization Design and delivery of company-branded Workplace Wellness collateral Design and delivery of "Workplace Wellness Employee Survey" and "Employee Participation Confirmation Survey" Reviewing results of surveys with "Wellness Leader" and other business leaders and establish strategy for launch of Health Fair During our interactive Health Fairs: We create awareness, educate, and inform with question and answer sessions with Certified Wellness Professionals, provide literature, and so on. We provide and perform a comprehensive Health Risk Assessment which includes:We provide all the necessary tools for each Health Fair participant to enroll for our Personalized Online Wellness Program. We allow for open enrollment for employee "friends and family."
We ensure success by providing encouragement and motivation through the use of smoking cessation counselors, life coaches, diabetes management advisors, and so on. |
